Refunds, Returns & Exchange

Inquiries for returns and exchanges are taken from 6:30 to 2:30 MST. All exchanges or returns for refund must be in new condition. Refunds or exchanges will not be processed if items are worn, soiled or chalked. Shipping charges are not refundable. No exchanges or refunds after 45 days from shipping date. Please allow two weeks for processing!


If you need a style or size exchange, CLICK HERE to purchase a $7.00 exchange credit to cover return postage and handling. We do not except checks for exchanges! All exchanges must be in new and unused condition. Print out the email confirmation for the purchase of your exchange credit and include it when you mail the product back to US Glove, Inc. so we can process your request promptly.

Some people ask us why we charge $7.00 to do an exchange so we thought it best to explain it here. When you send something back for an exchange, we have to inspect it to make sure it's in original condition. We then need to put it back into new packaging so it can be resold. We also have to match up the return with the credit you purchased in the cart system. We then have to package the requested new item for shipment and purchase fresh postage. It actually takes more time to process an exchange than to process a new order. And of course, we have to pay an employee to do these tasks. The $7.00 fee is not a profit source for us, it just barely covers our costs.

We understand that the nature of gymnastics equipment does at times make it difficult to get sizing correct in a web environment. We do all we can to give our customers enough information to make the correct purchase. However, sometimes for various reasons, it doesn't work out that way. We will continue to provide more information, soon in the form of videos, to make your purchase process better. Thanks you for understanding!


A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from all return refunds. Please include a short note with the name on the original purchase and reason for the refund.

If you order from the web site over the weekend, and for example choose  3 day UPS service, you will not receive your order in 3 days!  UPS only delivers M-F.  Monday's are very busy and sometimes orders made over the weekend are not filled until Tuesday. Also be aware that if you live in one of the surrounding states to New Mexico, ie - Utah, Arizona, Colorado, or Texas, Priority mail is just as fast as UPS. Note - If you call during non working hours, the fax will answer the 800 number.

Also note that for an expedited order such as the premium UPS shipments, the cutoff time for the order to be processed and shipped on the same day is 1:00 PM Mountain Standard Time (2 hours earlier than the Eastern time zone). We will attempt to fill an expedited order received after the cutoff time, but often it is not possible to do. Also note that UPS ground IS NOT an expidited shipping method! UPS Saturday delivery is a premium UPS service our cart does not support. If you order overnight on Friday, you will not get it on Saturday!

A word or two about where you live and fast shipping.

Please look at the map below. This map is from UPS. It shows the transit times for UPS Ground shipments from our factory in Albuquerque, New Mexico. It tells us that if you live in the states of AZ, AR, CO, OK and TX, a UPS Ground shipment will get to you in 2 days. You folks in Louisiana will have to make your best call! Since we don't want people paying for something they won't get, we have disabled 2 Day & 3 Day shipping for you if you order from these nearby states. Ground will get it here in the same time for a lot less $$!

Note: Inclement weather can delay shipments for any carrier - Refunds are not issued for delivery dates missed due to bad weather!

We wish there was a better solution but there isn't. It's not unusual for international orders to take over 30 days to arrive!

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound. To see the actual shipping charge, place your item in the cart and begin the checkout process. The cart will show you your shipping charges prior to completing the purchase. Also be aware that international orders can be subject to duty & custom fees when delivered. This is a hit or miss deal and beyond our control.

To place an order after hours or on weekends, or if you are outside of the U.S., please leave a message on our answering machine at (505) 856-7750.

Ordering By Mail

Please type or print clearly. New Mexico residents must add 7% sales tax. Use the cart for your shipping and handling fee. Include a personal check, money order, MasterCard, VISA or Discover card number. If paying by credit card, please include the expiration date of the credit card.

Ordering By Fax

You may FAX a complete order to us 24 hours a day at (505) 226-9056 provided you are paying by credit card or have an open account with us. We accept MasterCard, VISA or Discover.

Other Ordering Info

Most orders are processed in 2-5 business days. In some cases we will be able to process an order immediately. If the item you are ordering is not in stock it may take longer to process the order. While we will make every effort to ship your items as quickly as possible, if you are in need of your order quicker, please make note of it when placing your order. We will do our best to meet your request when possible. Large quantity or club orders are generally processed in 2-10 business days. Catalog prices are subject to change without notice.

Special Orders

We make custom-sized grips. You MUST call to discuss any alterations of our products. An additional charge will apply, and all custom orders must be paid in advance by check or money order only. Special orders cannot be returned or refunded, regardless of circumstance.


All US Glove merchandise is sold under the condition that we cannot guarantee the user freedom from injury. The user assumes all risks and liability from the use of our products. Please always read the information provided with the merchandise regarding the proper use of the product. If you have any questions about the proper use, we are available to answer your questions.
