  1. great wrist aupports 5 Star Review

My 10 year old loves the fit and says they definitely help while she is vaulting. The ordering was easy and shipping was extremely fast!

  2. Question 5 Star Review

Posted by on 26th Sep 2015

I am a collegiate club gymnast and I fluctuate between 113-116 pounds. Would it be better to go for the medium tiger paws or the small?

Since you are most likely beyond your growth years, I'd stay with the small.

It's important to understand that they will seem too small when you get them, but as they break in they will stretch and conform to your wrists and hand. As long as you end up with at least half of the closure strap engaging the Velcro, you will be fine!

  3. Question 5 Star Review

What is the difference between the Nastia Liukin and the other one? My daughter is a competitor cheerleader and is recovering from a growth plate fractures and needs something to protect them from reinjury from tumbling.

The only difference is the logo!

  4. Question 5 Star Review

Posted by on 27th Aug 2015

My daughter is 12 and weights 78 lbs, she does cheerleading and practices on a basketball court floor. She recently fractured her growth plates and had to wear braces to heal them for a month, Her sports medicine doctor recommended the tiger paws, but I am not sure what size or what would be the best kind of tiger paws I should purchase, Can you please help? Thanks

If she's on a B-ball floor a lot I'd suggest the waterproof model. It's more durable than the leather models and the synthetic material is non-skid, another plus for a dusty gym floor.

    Go with the small.

Does the quantity 1 mean 1 pair or 1 paw?

One pair in the case of Nastia Paws. We do sell single Paws, but they are on their own page here - http://www.tigerpawwristsupports.com/single-tiger-paw/

  8. Hi 5 Star Review

Posted by on 19th Jun 2015

I'm 11 and 73 pounds. My wrists hurt whenever I'm on floor, should I wear them every practice? Also I'm really skinny but I don't know if I should get small or medium. Thanks

    You are a small.

We'd suggest you wear them whenever you do anything that causes wrist pain. As you practice more your wrists will get stronger. Gradually reduce the stiffness of the Paws by removing some of the inserts until you don't need the Paws anymore!
