Loading... Please wait...Please refer to the table below when determining your correct size for Tiger Paws. While sizing is not an absolute thing, this will be the best guide available. If you happen to fall between two sizes, we generally recommend that you choose the larger size.
| Size | Body Weight |
| XS | Up to 69 pounds |
| S | 69 to 115 pounds |
| M | 115 to 150 pounds |
| L | 150 to 210 pounds |
Sometimes you only need one Tiger Paw, not a pair! Maybe you need a wrist support for bowling, or a little wrist support for the computer. What ever your need, we have them in either a left or right. Of course, they come in the full range of colors and sizes just like the pairs of Paws do.Tiger Paws are also available in a water resistant version. This Tiger Paw is made of a lighter weight beige material that dries fast! It's a favorite with platform divers and anyone who needs wrist support in a wet environment. Choose the "Water Proof" option from the color pull down menu for this product.

can you wear just one tiger paw at a time?

Yes, that's why we sell single Paws!

Hi, I've never tried Tiger Paws but was interested in getting the single one. A few years ago I fractured my wrist when I fell on the ice and I've always just taped my wrist when I was at cheerleading or working out. I'm 23 and weigh 111 lbs. I know they say buy the larger size, but I'm worried that after repeated use of the TP it will stretch out and be too big. What size do you think I should get? The SMALL or MEDIUM.
Thank You!
Hi Hali,
I would stay with our weight chart and buy the small. Paws do stretch when they break in and the medium may end up being a little too big. We've tested the weight chart at conferences with a large number of people and it worked every time!

I tour a ligament on my wrist Doing a backhand spring, and I just got out of a full arm cast. I don't want it to happen again would you suggest this, or another wrist brace to try to secure my wrist from getting hurt again?

While I'm not a doctor, I can tell you that many people have found relief from similar injuries using Paws. Read through the past reviews and make your own judgement! :-)

My daughter needs wrist support for her right wrist. Should she wear a paw on just the right?...or is it better to wear them on both wrists for gymnastics? Tumbling/vault/bars.... And is the zebra print available? She needs them asap.

Very timely question! I was just talking with Mike Jacobs, owner of US Glove about this subject. I don't have all the details yet but apparently the short answer is buy a pair. Something to due with creating more stress on the healthy wrist from an imbalance. I'll have more details soon, but if you're in need ASAP, buy a pair.

I ordered my my tiger paw the 13th. It was a left small black paw. It was suppose to be in sooner than it has. I've also not gotten an email saying anything about it. Could you tell me what's going on. I'm really excited for it to get her so I can tumble again. Please help.

My daughter has borrowed a tiger paw from a team mate and loves it...in ordering her own, should I round up if she is just a few pounds from the next size up?
Reply:
In general we tell people to buy the next size up if they are at the edge of two sizes. This is certainly true if your daughter is still growing. However, since she is able to try Paws on at the gym, that would be a great way to determine the right size. Keep in mind that new Paws are stiff and will stretch some as they break in, allowing the Velcro straps to reach further across the adjacent hook material. You want to avoid buying a Paw that is so large that the Velcro runs off of the hook surface after it has been worn for a while! There should be a size label on her friends right Paw.

I am having very bad wirst pains. And also does the single one come with foam and plastic too?
Reply:
Yes, the single models come with plastic and foam inserts as do the pairs of Paws. Depending on the cause of your wrist pain, I suspect a Paw will provide relief!
